1Acceptance of Terms of Use

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and GG99 ("Company", "We", "Platform"). These Terms govern your use of all services, features, and content available on the gg99.ml website and the GG99 mobile app.

By registering an account, making a deposit, playing any game, or using any part of the GG99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

2Membership Eligibility

To be eligible to use the GG99 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority under the laws applicable in your country of residence, whichever is higher.
• Not residing in a country or territory where online gambling is absolutely prohibited.
• Acting in a personal capacity and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with GG99.
• Not an employee, partner, supplier, or immediate family member of any of the aforementioned parties of GG99.

GG99 uses an integrated KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to confirm the identity of all members. Users are required to submit valid identification documents upon request. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3Account Registration & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the GG99 platform. Holding more than one account ("multiple accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and confiscation of remaining funds.

During the registration process, you agree to:

• Providing truthful, accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and update your account information from time to time.
• Keep your password and login credentials confidential.
• Not share your login credentials with any other party.
• Notifying GG99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by yourself or by any other party. GG99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account login credentials.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

GG99 offers a range of secure and user-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Requirements:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts depend on the chosen payment method and your account tier.
• All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• GG99 does not accept deposits in cash or via anonymous payment methods.
• Deposit funds will be credited to your GG99 account once transaction confirmation is received.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as your GG99 account.
• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed.
• GG99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method; however, GG99 strives to process all withdrawals in the shortest time possible.

5Game Rules & Platform Fairness

GG99 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and responsible gaming environment. All games on the GG99 platform — including Live Casino, slots, fish shooting, and Sports Betting — are operated in accordance with established rules and procedures.

Specific rules for each game are displayed in the relevant help or game information section. Users are advised to understand the rules of each game before placing any wagers. GG99 is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's misunderstanding of game rules.

The outcome of all games is final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a material technical disruption. Should a technical disruption occur while a game is in progress, GG99 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the bet to the user.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Betting Terms

GG99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and welcome new ones. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements set at the time the promotion is launched.

• Bonuses offered may require a minimum deposit to qualify.
• Bonus funds generally cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first meet the minimum wagering requirements specified.
• GG99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or misuse of the promotions system.
• Participation in promotions may be restricted to users from certain geographic regions.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other accounts.

7User Code of Conduct

All GG99 users are required to conduct themselves responsibly, respectfully, and in compliance with applicable laws. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited on the GG99 platform:

• Any form of fraud, including the use of bots, automation, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the GG99 technical infrastructure.
• Offensive, threatening, or harassing language or behaviour directed at other users or GG99 staff.
• Money laundering or use of the GG99 platform for any illegal activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your GG99 account to another party.
• Manipulating the bonus or promotions system in any unauthorised manner.
• Attempting to reverse or cancel a valid transaction through a financial institution ("chargeback").

GG99 monitors platform activity continuously and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious behaviour. Any violation of this code of conduct may result in the actions described in Section 8.

8Account Suspension & Closure

GG99 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account unilaterally under the following circumstances:

• The user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The user is found to have provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• The user holds more than one active account.
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure).
• Where required by applicable law or regulation.

In approved closure cases (such as voluntary request or non-fraudulent technical reasons), any valid account balance will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete. However, in cases of closure due to fraud or serious violations, GG99 reserves the right to forfeit all funds remaining in that account.

9Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The GG99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While GG99 strives to ensure the platform runs smoothly and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that it will be free from errors, disruptions, or technical failures at all times.

GG99 shall not be liable for:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unrealised profit losses resulting from technical disruptions.
• Losses arising from the user's own betting or gaming decisions.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
• Actions or omissions of third parties, including payment providers or game providers.

In all circumstances, GG99's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total funds deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

10Terms Amendment & Governing Law

GG99 reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notification or registered email at least 7 days before taking effect, unless changes required by law may take effect immediately.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the GG99 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary discussion. If the dispute cannot be resolved voluntarily within 30 days, the parties agree to settle it through binding arbitration.

This document and all communications between GG99 and its users are conducted in Bahasa Melayu and English. In the event of any translation discrepancy, the Bahasa Melayu version shall take precedence.
